RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
The products that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned Within a duration of 24 hours if any defects or faults are found. exempting the products that are: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
If the product will be refunded there will be a charge on the Shipping Fee of (Depends on the product) and a Return Handling Fee of (Depends on the product) per item which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase. If the payment was made through bank the following information are needed to be provided:
Full name and IBAN number
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
